When should I start investing? When should I start investing in the stock market?
Right the eff now!
That’s the short answer.
Disclaimer: I am not a stock expert. I am just sharing my opinion. Buy stocks at your own risk, at the risk of the sometimes volatile stock market and only invest what you can afford. Invest responsibly. Always do your own research.
The long answer is the earlier you start to invest the better. The more time you allow your investments to grow. The more time you can afford to make mistakes and learn from those mistake.
And you will make mistakes. Or maybe you won’t and you’re investments will sky rocket. That’s not always the case for most people.
If you're interested in reading about some of my mistake investments you should check out my blog post on Should I invest in penny stocks? Click here to read that post.
But with mistakes comes learning, making adjustments to your investments and try to recoup. You’ll get there.
As always do your research on everything. Check out the different stock trading platforms or if you’ll be trading with an broker, learn which stocks you’re interested in buying, do they dividends? Hows the company doing?
The amazing thing is, contrary to popular belief, you don’t need much money to start investing. You can start investing today with a few dollars. I’d suggest googling “best low cost stocks to buy right now”. That might be a good place to start.
